1 tablespoon olive oil        

1 cup Arborio rice        

2 garlic cloves, minced       

2 cups chicken stock       

16 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon parmesan, grated        

1 and ½ tablespoons thyme, chopped       

A pinch of salt and black pepper 


Set your instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat up, add the garlic, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the mix between plates and serve as a side dish.
