½ cup water
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
A pinch of salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon nutmeg, grated
1- Add the water to your instant pot, add steamer basket, add squash and sweet potatoes inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes.
2- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, transfer the mix to a bowl and mash well with a potato masher.
3- Add the rest of the ingredients, whisk well, divide between plates and serve as a side dish.
