Cooking spray       

2 tablespoons chives, chopped        

4 eggs        

4 tablespoons heavy cream        

A pinch of salt and black pepper

1 cup water 


1- Grease 4 ramekins with cooking spray and divide the cream in each. 

2- Crack an egg in each ramekin, sprinkle with salt, pepper and the chives. 

3- Put the water in the instant pot, add the trivet inside, add the ramekins in the pot, put the lid on and cook on High for 2 minutes. 

4- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and serve the eggs for breakfast.
