1 big turkey breast, skinless, boneless and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound baby carrots
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1 and ½ cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Set the instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the meat and brown for 5 minutes.
Add the carrots and the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 15 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the mix between plates and serve.
