2 eggs, whisked        

1 cup coconut milk        

½ cup avocado oil       

2 teaspoons vanilla extract        

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup almond flour        

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder        

½ teaspoon baking soda        

1 cup zucchinis, grated       

1 cup water       

1/3 chocolate chips       

Cooking spray 


1- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cooking spray and stir well. 

2- Divide this into 8 muffin tins. 

3- Put the racket in the pot, put the muffin tins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 8 minutes. 

4- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the muffins between plates and serve for breakfast.
